This unique technology emits specific wavelengths (colors) of light simultaneously and continuously during treatment for more comprehensive light absorption throughout multiple layers of the skin and better results.

How does it work?

In Wrinkles mode, Elipsa utilizes multiple wavelengths of Amber. Light Red, Dark Red and Infrared LEDs. These wavelengths work together to provide treatment for full face wrinkles. In Acne mode, Elipsa utilizes Blue and Red LEDs to treat mild to moderate inflammatory acne.

Can I treat both wrinkles and acne?

What is the recommended treatment time?

Yes. With the touch of a button Elipsa can activate different wavelengths of light so you can easily switch between Wrinkles Mode and Acne Mode.

To treat wrinkles, use Elipsa for 16 minutes, 3-5 days per week. To treat acne, use Elipsa for 12 minutes, 3-5 days per week. Consistency is key for best results.

Why do the Acne and Wrinkles Modes have different treatment times?

Treatment times were established during the FDA testing process and represent recommendations to promote the greatest efficacy based upon specific wavelengths of light used in each mode.

What is Elipsa FDA Cleared for?

In Wrinkle mode, Elipsa is FDA Cleared to treat full face wrinkles. In Acne mode, Elipsa is FDA Cleared to treat mild to moderate inflammatory acne.

What are the exact wavelengths of Elipsa?

Wrinkle mode includes 612nm amber, 645 & 655nm red, and 850nm infrared. Acne mode includes 410nm blue and 645nm red.

How do you position Elipsa over the face?

Position Elipsa approximately 1 inch from the treatment area by using the adjustable legs to increase or decrease the height. Elipsa should only be used while lying on a flat surface.

How close do you place Elipsa over the face?

The recommended distance from the skin is 1 inch, however, client comfort should always be considered, and adjustments made as appropriate.

Can Elipsa be used without Syndeo?

Yes. Elipsa can be plugged into any electrical outlet and used as a separate treatment or integrated into other compatible treatment protocols.

Are there care and cleaning instructions?

For spot cleaning, wipe softly with a slightly damp soft towel then dry with a soft towel. When treating different users, it is recommended to disinfect the device after each use with CaviWipe Towelettes. CaviWipes are the only approved disinfectant to be used on Elipsa.
