This is done using a minimally invasive approach: incisions are minimized and custom tailored for each patient, allowing for a relatively quick operating time (approximately 90 minutes). This allows for the procedure to be performed with gentle sedation, and no general anesthesia! Dr. David utilizes state of the art "deep plane" tightening of the underlying muscle layer to produce outstanding results, while keeping our patients comfortable and relaxed.
